RainStar Ranch, L.P will gladly accept your returns for exchange or credit within 90 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in as-new condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn). RainStar Ranch, L.P has the right to refuse return of any merchandise that RainStar Ranch, L.P determines does not meet these requirements. Lingerie is not returnable and all sales of these items are final.

All exchanges are subject to availability of the item requested in the exchange and are subject to customer payment of any cost difference of the item as well as any additional shipping, taxes and import duties.

Gifts may be exchanged for an item of the same value or any item of greater values; provided that the customer pays for any costs differences, shipping charges, taxes and import duties.

How to Ship Your Return or Exchange

You must have a RIN# before you can make a return. Be sure to clearly write the RIN# on the outside of your package, and include a copy of it inside your package, along with the item and your receipt. Ship your return to:

If you are to receive credit on your credit card, allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If your returned item was purchased with a Gift Card, we will issue an E-Gift Card for the amount of the credit due on completion of the return. If there is an additional amount owed, your credit card will be charged for any replacement merchandise when shipped.
